On July 14, 2022 at #12 Frank St. Meralco Village Brgy San Juan Taytay, Rizal PHPT Rizal (lead Unit) and Taytay MPS Warrant Section led by PLT Rizalito Ramos with PEMS Darwin Dionisio, Pat Fritz Gerald Ciar together with PSMS Joel Carayacay under the direct supervision of PCAPT MANUEL P ABALOS Provincial Officer PHPT RIZAL through the leadership of PCOL NIEL B FRANCIA Regional Chief RHPU 4A conducted operation against Wanted Person in connection with STOLEN MC RUSI on by the complainant who sought the assistance of HPG Rizal pertaining to the above mentioned case. Subsequently, coordinate with Taytay MPS Warrant Section which resulted in the arrest of one (1) RICHARD ZAPEDA y FRANCISCO, 37 years old, single, tricycle driver, born on July 14, 1986 native and of resident of Number 12 Frank St. Meralco Village Brgy San Juan Taytay, Rizal. That WP arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of CARNAPPING with Criminal Case Number 13-46415 with bail Recommended of PHP 180, 000.00 issued on October 24, 2014 by HON JUDGE MIGUEL S ASUNCION of RTC Branch 97 Antipolo City. Arrested Wanted Person was informed the cause of his arrest and his constitutional rights (Miranda Doctrine) and anti-torture law. Further, accused was turn over and under the custody of Taytay MPS custodial facilities. While the warrant of arrest is being prepared by HPG Rizal for the return to the court of origin.
